Technical Support Manager

This exciting opportunity is a chance to work as a key player in a successful team, and be integral to
the plans for the future development of LCL. The role provides an excellent development opportunity
as it is two fold; Technical and Sales.

Provide Technical Support to team members, identify parts for customers and provide technical
support to products supplied.

The Sales role will involve maintaining good working relationships with existing customers,
developing new customers and providing quotations as and when required.
The successful applicant should have a good all round ‘in the field’ knowledge of all types and
manufacture of lifts. Experience in testing and sales would be an advantage. Candidates must be
self-motivated, organised, pro-active and have excellent communications skills. The ability to work
closely with all members of a small team is essential.
